ПРАВИЛА ПРЕДОСТАВЛЕНИЯ ИНФОРМАЦИИ (СТАТЬИ)
Для публикации в журнале необходимо отправить на любой из электронных адресов редакционной коллегии:
- электронный вариант статьи;
- заполненную регистрационную карточку;
- скан-копию рецензии, подписанную рецензентом и заверенную печатью организации (в рецензии должна быть обязательно указана формулировка – «Статья рекомендуется к открытой печати»).
Редакционный совет в течение 3–5 дней рассматривает предоставленную статью. В случае положительного решения о публикации редакция направляет Вам счет (квитанцию) на оплату.
В случае необходимости редакция может затребовать предоставление заключения внутрифирменных служб экспортного контроля по материалам статьи.
После оплаты счета автору необходимо прислать скан-копию квитанции на электронный адрес и выслать оригинал рецензии простым письмом в адрес редакции.
Оплата счета (квитанции) является подтверждением согласия автора с условиями договора (оферты) и должна производиться до окончания сроков приема статей в соответствие с Графиком выхода журнала.
Статья, предоставляемая для публикации в журнале, должна быть ранее неопубликованной, актуальной, обладать новизной, тщательно вычитана.
Статья должна соответствовать Правилам оформления.
Содержание статьи должно соответствовать тематикам рубрик журнала.
Дополнительные печатные экземпляры журнала оплачиваются в соответствие с разделом «Стоимость публикации».
В стоимость публикации входит: редакторская правка, верстка, публикация в сетевой версии журнала (на сайте http://id-yug.com), сопровождение в системе Российского индекса научного цитирования (РИНЦ).
Автор(ы) гарантирует(ют), что публикуемое произведение не является плагиатом, не содержит государственную тайну и исключительные права на данное произведение ранее не переданы третьему лицу, а также не содержит запрещенных к открытой публикации материалов в строгом соответствии с национальными законодательствами и внутрифирменными программами в области экспортного контроля.
В случае предъявления к Издательству третьими лицами исков в отношении нарушения авторских и патентных прав, прав на использование торговой марки или промышленных образцов, государственной тайны, авторы будет привлечен в процесс в качестве ответчика, заменив тем самым Издательство как ненадлежащую сторону. При этом все судебные издержки, понесенные Издательством, будут полностью возмещены Автором (ами).
RULES OF PROVIDING INFORMATION (ARTICLE)
For the publication in the magazine it is necessary to send:
- electronic version of article;
- the filled registration card;
- the scan copy of the review signed by the reviewer and certified by the press of the organization to any of e-mail addresses of an editorial board (in the review the formulation has to be surely specified – «Article is recommended to the open press»).
Editorial council within 3–5 days considers the provided article. In case of the positive decision on the publication edition directs you the account (receipt) on payment.
In case of need edition can request providing the conclusion of intra firm services of export control on article materials.
After payment of account the author needs to send the scan copy of the receipt to an e-mail address and to send the original of the review a non-registered letter to edition.
Payment of account (receipts) is confirmation of a consent of the author with terms of the contract (offer) and has to be made before the termination of terms of reception of articles in compliance with the Schedule of a release of the magazine.
Article provided for the publication in the magazine has to be earlier unpublished, actual, possess novelty, is carefully read.
Article has to correspond to Rules of registration.
The contents of article have to correspond to subjects of rubrics of the magazine.
Additional printed copies of the magazine are paid in compliance with the section «Publication Cost».
Is included in the price of the publication: editorial editing, imposition, one printed copy of the magazine, the publication in the network version of the magazine (on the site http://id-yug.com), post delivery, maintenance in system of the Russian Index of Scientific Citing (RISC).
The author(s) guarantees that the published work is not plagiarized, does not contain state secrets and the exclusive rights to this work have not been previously transferred to a third party, and does not contain materials prohibited for public publication in strict accordance with national legislation and internal programs in the field of export control.
In the case of claims against the Publisher by third parties for infringement of copyright and patent rights, rights to use a trademark or industrial designs, state secrets, the authors will be involved in the process as a defendant, thus replacing the Publisher as an improper party. In this case, all legal costs incurred by the Publisher will be fully reimbursed by the Author(s).
